"Rick is an outstanding realtor. We have bought/sold six homes in the past. He has proven to be the best we have experiinced. He only shows homes that meet your requirements and does not waste your time.....EVER. This was particularly important as we were only in town for a short period of time and needed to cover a lot of ground.
His pre-work was impeccable and we were able to make a quick decision. Even more importantly, we do not reside full time in the area yet. We are blessed to have Rick as our realtor. He sold my Mother’s house within 48 hours! Even when the housing market was getting tougher he sold our house within 2 months even though similar houses in our neighborhood had been on the market for over 6 months. I was refered to Rick from a friend. I did not know him from Adam. The moment I met Rick I had the feeling that I was in the right hands.
